Found this over at DTR:
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/LLY-Overheating-Lawsuit_92219.htm
The video is about 2 years old. They say it's been out for a while, first time I have seen it though.
Interesting....................
I am a true believer in the Dodge CTD, and while I do not like the "V" diesel design, I would say that the Duramax would have been my second choice if I could not get a CUMMINS. Ford?? I don't think Ford makes a diesel truck, do they???
Anyways, the video is about 30 minutes long. I just watched about 10 minutes of it and got the "jest" of why the video was made.
1 comment............Look at how that moron loaded that U-Haul truck on that trailer. With it being backwards like that, at 70MPH, one would think that the wind drag alone added 5,000 more pounds to the trailer while it was in motion, right!
Thoughts................................. ..........................

The guy in that video is a prime example of why everyone stereotypes people from texas as being dumb rednecks. if you look at the speedometer he is going 75 mph at times. how much faster does he want to go while towing??? i have a duramax and have scaled over 30k gcvw before and havn't had any overheating problems. been on mountains in colorado, utah, california, etc. no overheating!! these trucks are designed to pull heavy weight, but you can only go so fast up hills. anyone who knows anything about towing knows when you climb a hill, use a lower gear. lower gear = less stress on the engine & cooling system. you dont see many loaded big rigs climbing steep hills at 80mph!! and this guy wants to sue gm because he has no common sense. what an idiot. people like that get my blood boiling _________________ Brandon@BDM Transport

LOL, I was thinking the same thing while watching. Even though he got the warnings, etc... he kept trying to push it. I haven't decided what I would actually do if I had that situation... but I seriously doubt I'd keep trying to push so hard. _________________ If its on the map, I'll haul your crap |

You're absolutely right Gary! This IDIOT is "flatfooting" a DMax on flat ground with a high wind resistance load, driving 75 mph, and wondering why his truck is heating up. Especially, on virtually flat ground in the midwest Like I said "IDIOT!"
The only time mine heated up was pulling Baker grade, a 17 mile "hill" and the ambient temperature was above 100* and I was grossing over 20K lbs. Ya' just take your boot out of the pump and cruise up the hill...IDIOT!
