thanks

ComChecks are a fast way for you to get paid from your clients. They will send you a ComCheck number with amount then you can take that to a truck stop or anywhere they cash comchecks and get paid. There is a fee that is charged. Out here i pay almost $8 a check to the broker for  there Comcheck fees. Hoope this helps.

Com-check is kind of like a money order. The company that owes you money can have a account with com-check.  It costs a fee to send money which most companies pass on to the person they are sending money to. You can go on line to com-check and order checks from them. I got 50 checks for $50. My local truck stop charges $3 per every $300 to print the checks for you. Then when you get paid using a com-check # you can fill out your own check and take it to any bank and cash or deposit it. When your at the bank they have to call com-check, the # is on the check, and get an authorization #. Good as cash. My wife does my billing. When a com-check # comes by email, she fills out a check and deposits it into our account at the bank. Although I'm not familiar with it, I also understand you can get an account with comdata (the parent company for com-checks) and have the money placed in there. Then you have a card you can use like a debit card. I hope this helps.

Midwest. I don't know if you can deposit with com-check or not. I have my bank account with Chase. They are one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Over 14000 locations in the USA. Lots of places to deposit money.

comchecks sucks when your dealing with about 20 express codes a week. The banks hate you for it and its very time consuming for yourself and the teller when they are calling each individual check up to verify amount. LOL

ccoop have you looked into getting an account with comdata? It might make it easyer. I think your customers can pay direct to your account then you can make a transfer to your bank. Might be worth looking into.

Yea thats for sure the teller here at our bank hates it when i come in with a handful of comchecks.LOL Mcnutt used to charge loik $7.60 for each comcheck they would issue. That can add up fast when you move 20 units and not all are on the same invoice. Thats. how it used to be and at $7.60 or whatever they charge per check i would rather wait. But it is very nice if cash is needed fast.Just my 2 cents

Ive been meaning to call comdata. Never thought bout opening an account. It sucks with mcnutt because you can have 8 loads with them and get 8 codes while Rat will give you everything on 1 check.

Express codes in the mail???? never got that, mine always come thru email!!!!! usually bout 1 hour later.

The bank I deal with never calls my checks no more . I just fillout and authorize and they just do the deposit . You can completely fill out the check no need to wait to authorize . But I go to same branch everytime
Eagle capital charges 10.00  adn so does CH for a express code check transaction so I make sure the amount of money is worthwhile .

I happen to like comchecks very much.  I go to my local Pilot, and when I buy 50 gallons of fuel, they give me a comcheck free of charge.  If I want cash, they charge 3%, otherwise I just take the comcheck to the bank and deposit it in my account.  Never had to wait at the bank, or get any kind of verifications.  They take it just like any other check.

Thanks all.
TA truck stop printed it up for me. At first, my bank didn't know how to deposit the check. Then I went to another branch and this older teller knew what to do.

Pilot don't charge if you buy 25 gallons or more of fuel up to 200 cash back . You can break a code up into more than one check .
Think after like 3 checks they charge a fee .
